Ms. Bales is a developer for Paragon Studios, working in production. She was introduced to the City of Heroes community in January, 2010, taking over the role previously held by Jesse "Ghost Falcon" Caceres. Caceres was promoted to the role of Development Producer.
Bales was introduced to the community as "C. Bales" although an outside source would indicate that's a typo and her name is "D. Bales."
Bales' role includes working with the Community Relations Team to communicate with the player-base concerning game releases such as patches and issues.
