Brian Clayton is the General Manager of Paragon Studios and the Executive Producer of the "City of" franchise, which includes City of Heroes, City of Villain, City of Heroes: Going Rogue and City of Heroes: Freedom. Brian was the executive producer of the "City of" franchise with NCsoft since the game's inception, and became General Manager of the new NorCal studio once the "City of" IP was fully acquired by NCsoft in 2009.

Brian Clayton is a veteran game developer with over 15 years of management experience specializing in online game (MMORPG) development. He has produced over 10 titles (30 SKUs) for the PC, console and handheld formats. Brian has built and managed several teams for companies such as Accolade, 3DO, and NCsoft in the following disciplines: Product Development, Network Operations, QA, Community Relations, and Customer Service.

In his current role as General Manager of NCsoft's newest studio "Paragon Studios" located in Mountain View, CA, he oversees the development and business initiatives for the awarding winning City of Heroes and City of Villains MMORPGs.

Prior to launching Paragon Studios, Brian had been actively working on site with external developer Cryptic Studios since mid-2003. In his current position he is also assisting with building NCsoft North America's console business and development strategy.
