Overview
Part of the Veteran Rewards Program, these base items are awarded to long term player's characters for them to pass onto their super groups. These items once unlocked by the corresponding badge are always available for claiming no matter how many times previously they have been placed. Once claimed, these will appear in a character's "personal base items" menu which is accessible only from a bases portal room.

- Your deligent service is recognized by the government of Paragon City. This badge has been granted to you for earning five Reward Tokens.
- Villain
- After such a small amount of time your powers continue to grow. This badge has been granted to you for earning five Reward Tokens.

- Hero
- Your mastery of taking down bad guys has your peers calling you Devoted. This badge has been granted to you for earning nine Reward Tokens.
- Villain
- Your devions plans continue to get greater and your aspirations grander. This badge has been granted to you for earning nine Reward Tokens.

30 Month Rewards

Committed
- Hero
- There's no stopping your campaign to end crime and tyranny wherever it appears. This badge has been granted to you for earning eleven Reward Tokens.
- Villain
- There's no stopping your campaign to instill fear into the hearts of your lessers. This badge has been granted to you for earning eleven Reward Tokens.

36 Month Rewards

- Hero
- You're still around after all this time fighting the good fight. Some might say you're 'Addicted'. This badge has been granted to you for earning thirteen Reward Tokens.
- Villain
- You just won't stop after all this time, even Lord Recluse is surprised you've lasted this long. This badge has been granted to you for earning thirteen Reward Tokens.
