They hold themselves above their brethren and have taken this high hilltop as their own private roost, a place providing them a tactical view of the Council base and its surroundings, while also giving them a physical location that they alone command. Other Council know never to go there lest they incite the ire of their temperamental brothers-in-arms.

Vandal You've taken your rage out on everything not nailed down in Paragon City.

Vanguard Heroes Your efforts against the extra-dimensional invaders have been recognized, and you have received the Rikti Resistance Medal. You have found and kept a Rikti Power amplifier. Villains Vanguard still values your efforts against the extra-dimensional invaders, but they no longer trust you as much as before. Without you even knowing it, they have silently confiscated your Rikti power amplifier. Vanguard ops are good.

Vanguard Operative You have entered the Vanguard base where all your efforts will now go towards fighting the Rikti. The Vanguard and your natural enemies are now your allies.

Vanguard Recruit You have worked closely with Vanguard helping to eliminate the Rikti threat earning you the Vanguard Recruit Day Job. Logging out in the Vanguard Base will earn you a bonus to the number of Vanguard Merits you receive, when you log back in, each time you complete a mission for a short time.

Veiled You have done your best to hide the Malleus Mundi in a place where it can never be found.

Veni, Vidi, Vici This imposing structure was built to house the main administrative offices of the Venice Industrial Development Initiative (V.I.D.I.). When the Rikti invaded they quickly swarmed through the building and assumed complete control. They used the information contained to further their goals of capturing the region while also using its tactical vantage point to coordinate strikes throughout Paragon City.

Venomous You've taken down so many Toxic Tarantulas people call you Venomous.

Venturesome You have completed a Task Force/Flashback between level 35 and 39 while under a constant Debuff.

Venturous You have completed a Task Force/Flashback between level 1 and 14 while under a constant Debuff.

Villainous You've earned the "Villainous" badge by playing an Architect mission marked as Villainous content.

Virtual Button Masher You've clicked on 10 mission objectives while in Test Mode, earning yourself the Virtual Button Masher badge.

Virtual Cataclysm You've destroyed 50 objects while in Test Mode, earning yourself the Destructive badge.

Virtual Decimation You've destroyed 5 objects while in Test Mode, earning yourself the Destructive badge.

Virtual Destroyer You've defeated 100 enemies in Test Mode earning yourself the Virtual Destroyer badge.
