Short Synopsis: Jimmy Hayes was an up and coming musician who was drafted into the Army in the late '60s. Believing it would get him out of Vietnam, Hayes volunteered for an experiment designed to create super soldiers. It failed in it's goal, but gave Jimmy the power to project illusions in others. Hayes escaped to the San Francisco underground, but became a hero with the Regulators when he found out the drugs used to give him his powers were winding up on the streets and destroying the community. He now mentors young heroes and still does occasional hero work with the Angels of Wrath

The Cydonians, who are prejudiced against merged beings, cast her out and tried to hunt her down. Declaring that no one would take her alive, she escaped from her home planet to Earth, where she now fights for our rights, and fights to survive.

Short Synopsis: When the fallout of Cherynobyl transformed young Ivana Burnya, her scared parents gave the child to the Soviet government who trained her to use her powers for the state. As the Soviet Union collapsed, Ivana was still being trained by the Russian state, but decreasing budgets forced her to flee while still a child. She first turned up in Kosovo alongside a Bosnian Serb fire-throwing mutant who helped Ivana discover her potential. The pair moved on to Chechnya, where he was captured while working for Chechen rebels. Not wanting to return to the country that stole her youth, Ivana fled to the Rogue Isles. Today she makes her living as a high-priced freelance assassin, who occasionally crosses paths with Milliken.

This landed him in the Mitchell Report in his first free-agent offseason, and thanks to the negative publicity, mainly spread by Paragon City sports talk show host and superhero RJ the Road Dog, no major league team signed him. He then left for the Rogue Isles where he juiced himself up so much that he gained superpowers. Now he seeks revenge on the two people who he thinks forced him from the game.

Short Synopsis: When Mistress Noire suggested I roll a toon based on Cafe Royale for the Bottoms Up Group, I immediately thought of the scene in Pulp Fiction where John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson are discussing what a Quarter Pounder with cheese was called in France (A "Royale with Cheese"). Since they don't use cups in France either to measure liquid (they use milliliters), somehow it fit.

Short Synopsis: The daughter of the exiled dictator of La Republica de Los Bananas (once allied with Lord Recluse), she lived off of daddy's money and spent her nights in South Beach clubs. She turned down a mad scientist one night in these clubs, who spiked her mojito with a mickey which made her instantly grow plant thorns and control plants. She wound up in the Zig in Paragon City days later, but her dad pulled some strings with his old ally Lord Recluse to get her out with the other destined ones.
