Organized by Ms. Liberty, the Longbow division of Freedom Corps is bent on the destruction of Arachnos. It was Ms. Liberty's solution to her disagreement with Statesman's policies regarding Freedom Corps. This militia extends its presence to every corner of the Rogue Isles, acting as a military support network for super-powered beings in the struggle against Lord Recluse. Drawing on those who want to be heroes, this organization is composed of volunteers from around the world. Longbow thrives on the never-ending stream of idealistic youth who believe they are on the front lines in the battle against evil.
The strength of their ideological conviction, coupled with the advanced training and munitions provided by NATO, render the Longbow soldiers a force to be reckoned with. This righteous fervor has driven Longbow agents to establish strongholds across the Rogue Isles, interfering in Arachnos operations at every opportunity.
According to intelligence gathered by the Arachnos spies, Longbow is a highly organized militia broken down into specialized units. Rifleman, Minigun, and Flamethrower units are the foot soldiers of Longbow. Their Eagle units act as long-range specialists. The Spec-Ops, Chasers and, Nullifiers utilize specialized equipment to carry out their operations and the elite Ballista agents have potent energy powers. These teams are often led by low-grade, super-powered heroes.

This power terrifies foes within a cone area in front of you, causing them to tremble in fear uncontrollably. The effect is so frightening and overwhelming that the target takes real damage from the physiological response to this psionic attack.
Healing Aura Point Blank Area of Effect, Team Heal
Healing Aura restores some hit points to you and all nearby heroes. Healing Aura is not as potent as Heal Other, but can heal multiple targets at once.

Those Longbow agents found to have latent psychic abilities, and who have proven themselves trustworthy agents, are given additional training to help develop their powers. They not only strike at most villains' weakness—the mind—but are also able to psychically heal their companions as well.

Longbow's illusion wardens use pyschic and magical means to project false images into their foes' minds. It's a really rotten trick, and most villains are eager to pay them back by making the illusionist see something as well—the inside of a Longbow hospital.

Phantom Army Summon Decoys: Ranged Minor Damage (Energy/Special)
Fabricate 3 Phantom heroes around a targeted foe. These Phantoms are not real, and are indestructible. Their attacks are similar to Spectral Wounds. Though they deal damage, it is illusory and will heal if the victim survives long enough. Phantoms are short lived and cannot be buffed or healed.
Phantasm Summon Phantasm: Moderate Damage
Constructs a powerful entity composed of pure light. Although made of light, the Phantasm is tangible and has powerful Energy attacks. The Phantasm can also fly and summon duplicates of itself. The duplicates are intangible, and cannot be harmed. The duplicates' attacks deal illusory damage similar to that dealt by Spectral Wounds. Only the original Phantasm can be healed and buffed.
Spectral Terror Summon Terror: Ranged Fear
Creates an illusion of unspeakable Terror. The manifestation is so horrible that it caused most foes to tremble helplessly in terror. The Spectral Terror may also Terrify individual foes, causing them to run away in panic.
Detention Field Ranged, Foe Capture (Special)
Encases a targeted foe in a Detention Force Field. The captured target cannot be harmed, is Immobilized, and cannot attack or aid his allies. The target can, however, use powers on himself.

Unstoppable costs little Endurance to activate, but when it wears off you are left exhausted, and drained of almost all Health and Endurance. Recharge: Very Long.

Not only can these burly tankers take what most villains dish out, they can give it as well. Stand too near and you'll find your villainous spandex signed to ashes in no time. No self-respecting villain likes to be seen on the WSPDR news in their underwear.

Longbow's ice blasters are designed to slow and then defeat their foes. There is little more humiliating than being frozen in place while Longbow's agents stand around laughing at you.

Fabricate 3 Phantom heroes around a targeted foe. These Phantoms are not real, and are indestructible. Their attacks are similar to Spectral Wounds. Though they deal damage, it is illusory and will heal if the victim survives long enough. Phantoms are short lived and cannot be buffed or healed.
Phantasm Summon Phantasm: Moderate Damage
Constructs a powerful entity composed of pure light. Although made of light, the Phantasm is tangible and has powerful Energy attacks. The Phantasm can also fly and summon duplicates of itself. The duplicates are intangible, and cannot be harmed. The duplicates' attacks deal illusory damage similar to that dealt by Spectral Wounds. Only the original Phantasm can be healed and buffed.
Spectral Terror Summon Terror: Ranged Fear
Creates an illusion of unspeakable Terror. The manifestation is so horrible that it caused most foes to tremble helplessly in terror. The Spectral Terror may also Terrify individual foes, causing them to run away in panic.

You slice your sword in a wide arc, attacking all enemies in front of you. Slice does less damage than slash, but can hit multiple foes and reduces their defense.
Disembowel Melee, Superior damage(Lethal), Foe: Knockup, -Defense
You perform a powerful Disemboweling maneuver that deals a great amount of damage, and can knock a target up into the air. This attack can reduce a target's defense, making him easier to hit.

You perform a Whirling Sword maneuver, attacking all foes in melee range. This attack wounds your opponents, causing them to take minor damage over time and reduces their defense.

Upon impact, the Web Grenade expels a strong, tenuous, and very sticky substance that can Immobilize most targets. This non-lethal device deals no damage and does not prevent targets from attacking, although their attack rate is slowed. The web can bring down flying entities and halts jumping.

Your Quick reflexes allow you to move faster than normal, as well as resist slow effects. This power is always on and permanently increases your attack rate and movement speed.
Elude Self: +Defense, +Speed, +Recovery, +Resistance(Defense Debuff), +Special
You can improve your reflexes, making yourself so quick you can Elude almost any attack, be it ranged, melee, or area effect. Your running speed and jumping height are also increased. When Elude wears off, you are left drained of all Endurance and unable to Recover Endurance for a while.
