Overview

MAGI is the Modern Arcane Guild of Investigation, a division of the Paragon City government that researches and investigates issues of a magical nature. It is one of five organizations that formerly served as the initial contact point for new heroes. The MAGI office in Atlas Park is led by Azuria, a very powerful sorceress, and is located in Paragon City Hall. The office in Galaxy City was led by Gregor Richardson, an artist who also possesses mystic abilities. After the destruction of that zone in Issue 21, Gregor was "rescued" and relocated to the Atlas Park office.

MAGI is headed by a group that calls itself the High Council.
