Nuclear Powered Badge	Achievement	Craft 7 level 25 and 7 level 30 Common Endurance enhancements (Endurance Modification and Endurance Reduction) plus one additional level 25 or level 30.
Hit-Man Badge	Achievement	Craft 8 level 25 and 8 level 30 Common Rate of Fire enhancements (Recharge Rate and Interrupt Time) plus one additional level 25 or level 30.

Effects

Demonic Aura Self: +Resistance(All but Psionics) +Defense(All but Psionics)
The spirit of a demon resides within you. Bringing it to the surface of your mind can make you highly resistant to all types of damage for a short time. You mustn't let the demon inside you out for too long, however, or it just may cost you your mortal soul.

Entrusted with the Secret

Main Article: Entrusted with the Secret Badge

Effects

Ouroboros Portal Summon Portal
You can use this power to summon a doorway. It will allow you and your teammates to access the Ouroboros headquarters. It lasts for five minutes each time it is summoned, and has a five minute recharge.

Requirements

This badge is rewarded to Heroes and Villains who have done one of the following:

Earned any Time Travel related Badge
Earned any Time Travel related souvenir
Completed a Time Travel mission, including any mission under the flashback system.

The simplest method is to enter another player's Ouroboros Portal, then earn the Chrononaut badge:

Field Crafter

Effects

Portable Workbench Special
You can use this power to summon a portable worktable. It will allow you and your teammates to craft recipes while 'in the field' instead of needing to return to your base or the university to do so. It can be used once per hour and lasts for 5 minutes every time it is summoned.

Force of Nature

Main Article: Force of Nature Badge

Effects

Force of Nature Self: +Recharge, + Recovery, +Accuracy, -Defense
You have shown yourself as a true Force of Nature, and been bestowed with the fury of the elements. Like most supernatural gifts, the Force of Nature is both a blessing and a curse. By using it you can greatly increase your recharge speed, Endurance recovery, and Accuracy for 1 minute. However, your Defense will be severely reduced.

Villain Badge	Achievement	Defeat 1000 Longbow members
Outlaw Badge	Achievement	Defeat 1000 Paragon Police Department members
Safecracker Badge	Achievement	Open 10 safe doors in Mayhem Missions
Firebug Badge	Achievement	Complete 10 arson side missions during Mayhem Missions (only final bomb clicker gets credit)

Headline Stealer

Effects

Stolen Immobilizer Ray Ranged, Moderate DoT(Energy), Foe: Immobilize, -Speed, -Recharge
In your crime spree, you have acquired an Immobilizer Ray. You're not sure where it came from, but it sure is useful for stopping foes in their tracks.

Megalomaniac Self: +Special
You've wanted more control and now you have it. Activating this power increases the power of all of your Sleeps, Holds, Immobilize, and Confuse for 60 seconds. You can only activate it once every 25 minutes.

Note: This power increases Disorient and Fear durations as well.

You have gained the ability to deflect and protect yourself from mental invasions of all sorts. By focusing your mind using this technique, you gain strong defense against Psionic attacks and are moderately resistant to Psionic damage while this power is active. It lasts for 60 seconds per use. Recharge: Very Long
