Dr. Nathaniel Bierce is a renowned author and consultant to MAGI. He holds the title of Professor of Esoteric Anthropology at Winthrop University.

Dr. Nathaniel Bierce is the author of The Hammer of the World: Incantations from the Abyss (Winthrop University Press, 2004). In his book, Dr. Bierce writes of Baron Zoria's obsession with collecting occult tomes of power - particularly the Malleus Mundi.
