Organized by Ms. Liberty, the Longbow division of Freedom Corps is bent on the destruction of Arachnos. This militia extends its presence to every corner of the Rogue Isles, acting as a military support network for super-powered beings in the struggle against Lord Recluse. Drawing on those who want to be heroes, this organization is comprised of volunteers from around the world. Longbow thrives on the never-ending stream of idealistic youth who believe they are on the front lines in the battle against evil.
The strength of their ideological conviction, coupled with the advanced training and munitions provided by NATO, render the Longbow soldiers a force to be reckoned with. This righteous fervor has driven Longbow agents to establish strongholds across the Rogue Isles, interfering in Arachnos operations at every opportunity.
According to intelligence gathered by the Arachnos spies, Longbow is a highly organized militia broken down into specialized units. Rifleman, Minigun, and Flamethrower units are the foot soldiers of Longbow. Their Eagle units act as long-range specialists. The Spec-Ops, Chasers and, Nullifiers utilize specialized equipment to carry out their operations and the elite Ballista agents have potent energy powers. These teams are often led by low-grade, super-powered heroes.
Viewed by Recluse as a mere annoyance, the Longbow units slowly hope to establish control over the many contested islands just off the coast of Paragon City. With well-established bases in Warburg, Siren's Call, and Bloody Bay, the Longbow wage a war for control over the precious resources of these isles. Extending beyond these contested regions, Longbow agents in their signature red and white costumes can be found on all of the Rogue Islands, ever vigilant for any sign of villainy that they might destroy.

Longbow Guardian
Longbow is a hard-hitting division of Freedom Corps dedicated to stopping evil, and Arachnos in particular. Guardians are wet-behind-the-ears do-gooders looking to prove themselves. Most don't last beyond their first encounter with the big bad bruisers of the Rogue Isles.

Some of the most respected soldiers in Longbow´s arsenal are the Eagles. They use advanced jetpacks and strike from on high where many of their foes can´t even reach them. Their long reach makes many villains cry "foul".

The Cloaking Device allows you to use an LCD body coating become partially invisible. While Cloaked you can only be seen at very close range. If you attack while Cloaked, you will be discovered. Even if discovered, you are hard to see and have a bonus to Defense. Unlike some stealth powers, the Cloaking Device has no movement penalty. Recharge: Slow .

Fires a large slug at a single target at a very long range. This very accurate weapon hits hard, and can knock down foes.
Full Auto (Only Level 30+) Ranged (Cone), Superior Damage (Lethal) +Special
Opens up your assault rifle on Full Auto to lay down a massive spray of bullets at your target. Although very slow to reload, damage from this attack is massive, shredding all targets within the narrow cone of effect. There's a chance you may land a lucky shot for extra damage.

A good leader knows how to protect his team. While active, this power increases the Defense, Damage and Accuracy of yourself and all nearby teammates. These advanced Tactics also protect the team from Confuse effects, as well as your Perception debuffs.
(Note: Despite the claim of +Perception of this strange Leadership power, Longbow Officers have been so far (level 30) unable to pierce my Invisibility not even at Melee distance.)
Longbow Warden (1)
Longbow created these troopers after noting the success of the super heroes called "blasters". Their energy weapons cause significant damage, especially against those whose powers offer no resistance to such forces.

A quick attack that rapidly hurls small bolts of energy at foes, sometimes knocking them down. Fast, but little damage.

A much more powerful, yet slower version of power bolt. Power Blast sends a focused beam of energy at a foe that can knock him back.
Energy Torrent (Ranged) Cone, Energy/Smash, Foe Knockback
Unleashes a cone of energy that knocks foes back.
Power Burst Close, High Damage (Energy/Smash), Foe Knockback
A short range, but devastating attack. Power Burst unleashes a massive amount of energy dealing very high damage at a short distance. The impact from this burst often knocks back most foes.
Power Thrust Melee, Smash/Energy, Foe Knockback
A powerful thrust from the Longbow Warden that does smashing and energy damage and knocks you back.
Longbow Warden (2)
Longbow's Juicers are some of their most annoying agents. Not only do they heal their friends by stimulating their cells on a molecular level, their attacks drain your energy and keep you from smashing their faces.

The Hero can quickly hurl small bolts of electricity at foes. Charged Bolts deals light damage and also drains some endurance.
Lightning Bolt Ranged, Energy, Foe -Endurance
The Hero can send a large blast of electrical energy at a foe. Lightning Bolt deals good damage and also drains some endurance.
Ball Lightning (Ranged) Targeted Area of Effect, Energy, Foe -Endurance
Hurls a highly charged ball of lightning that explodes on contact. Ball Lightning deals good damage in an area and also drains some endurance from each target it hits.
Gale Ranged (Cone), Minor Damage (Smash), Foe Knockback
You can call forth a tremendous gust of Gale force winds that knock down foes and deal some smashing damage in a wide cone area. Damage: Minor, Recharge: Moderate.
Lightning Storm Summon
The Warden can summon a massive Lightning Storm overhead that will strike any foe that approaches him. Lightning Bolts from this storm can knock down and damage all foes near the strike, and can cause panic. Lightning Bolts will continue to strike for the lifetime of the storm.
Longbow Warden (3)
There are few things villains hate more than having their minds messed with. It's standard operating procedure to take down these annoying psychics first in a brawl with Longbow.

You can send a single target violently into the air, then slam him to the ground for smashing damage. This power can bring flying foes to the ground.
Dominate Ranged, Foe Hold
Tear at the mind of a single target foe. Dominate renders a single victim helpless, lost in his own mind and unable to defend himself.
Terrify Ranged (Cone), Minor Damage (Psionic), Foe Fear
This power terrifies foes within a cone area in front of you, causing them to tremble in fear uncontrollably. The effect is so frightening and overwhelming that the target takes real damage from the physiological response to this psionic attack.
Healing Aura Point Blank Area od Effect, Team Heal
Healing Aura restores some hit points to you and all nearby heroes. Healing Aura is not as potent as Heal Other, but can heal multiple targets at once.
Heal Other Ranged, Ally Heal
Heals a single targeted ally. You cannot use this power to heal yourself.
Fortitude Ally, +Defense, +Damage, +Accuracy, +Resistences: Disorient, Hold, Sleep, Immobilize, Fear, Confuse, +Perception
Heroes can greatly increase an ally's powers as well as increase their perception and resistances.
Longbow Warden (4)
You usually like to hear Longbow scream. Except for these guys and gals. Their screams are nothing but trouble. They bust your eardrums, distract you, and somehow even manage to heal their allies.

You can call forth a tremendous Shockwave that can knock down foes and deal some smashing damage in a wide cone area.

A short range, but powerful sonic attack.
Sonic Siphon Ranged, Foe -Resistance (All)
By setting up a constant vibration within the body of your foe, you weaken his damage resistance. Affected targets will take more damage from successful attacks.
Longbow Warden (5)
Few volunteer for the dangerous role as a 'spines scrapper.' Those who do are almost always the most reckless and dangerous of the bunch. Villains are warned to fight them with extreme caution.

You can throw a single large Spine at a targeted foe. This Spine deals only Moderate damage, but carries a large ammount of the spine toxin. A successful attack can completely Immobilize most foes, as well as slowing them and dealing poison damage. Damage: Moderate; Recharge: Moderate.

You are poisoned! your attack speed and running speed are reduced.
Ripper Damage Over Time, Toxic, Foe - Recharge, -Speed
Your attack and movement speed are reduced by the Spines. The Toxins may leave you Immobilized.
Longbow Warden (6)
Those Longbow agents found to have latent psychic abilities, and who have proven themselves trustworthy agents, are given additional training to help develop their powers. They not only strike at most villains' weakness--the mind--but are also able to psychically heal their companions as well.

You can use Telekinesis to Blast a targeted foe with the power of your mind. This attack deals Smashing and Psionic damage, and can knock your opponent back. Damage: Moderate. Recharge: Moderate
Subdue Ranged, Psionic, Foe Immobilize
Subdue deals moderate damage and may leave the targeted foe Immobilized for a brief time. Immobilized foes can not move but can still attack.
Healing Aura Point Blank Area of Effect, Team +Heal
Healing Aura restores some Hit Points to you and all nearby heroes. Healing Aura is not as potent as Heal Other, but can heal multiple targets at once.

Longbow created these troops using technology gained from fighting the Rikti and other energy-using enemies. This is why it doesn't pay to be careless with your tech.

It's said the defeat of the villain Chernobyl lead to the powers granted the Radiation Wardens. Longbow's nerds were somehow able to turn his blood sample into a powerful serum that grants one these unusual powers--without the usual side-effects.

A very quick, but low damage attack, Neutrino Blast can reduce the targets defense.
X-Ray Beam Ranged Energy, Foe -Defense
Sends a ray of X-Ray radiation energy that deals heavy damage. X-Ray Beam can bypass some of a targets defenses and reduce the targets defense.
Electron Haze Short Range Energy, Foe -Defense, Foe Knockback
A short range conical blast of electron radiation. The attack can bypass some of a targets defenses and reduce the targets defense. It can also knock down some targets.
Cosmic Burst (Ranged, Energy) Foe Disorient, -Defense
You are Disoriented and your defenses are reduced.
Longbow Warden (9)
Longbow's illusion wardens use pyschic and magical means to project false images into their foes' minds. It's a really rotten trick, and most villains are eager to pay them back by making the illusionist see something as well--the inside of a Longbow hospital.

Unleashes a flurry of quick attacks to pummel you foe.

A slow, high damage kick that can send your target flying!

This focused attack can severely Disorient most targets as well as dealing some damage.
Dragon's Tail (Only Level 30+) Melee, Point Blank Area of Effect, Moderate Damage, Smash, Foe Knockdown
This low spinning kick deals the same damage as Thunder Kick, but has a chance to hit all enemies in melee range. Successsful trips will knock down your opponents. Damage: Moderate; Recharge: Slow.

You have been disoriented.
Punch Melee, Smash, Foe Knockback
A Super Strength Punch is a powerful pummeling attack, and it may knock foes off their feet.
Haymaker Melee, Smash, Foe Knockback
The Haymaker is a slow attack, but it makes up for it with a greater damage and a high chance of knockback.
Hand Clap Area of Effect Disorient, Foe Knockback
The Longbow Warden can clap his hands together to send out a violent shockwave. The shockwave can knockdown most nearby foes and can Disorient many of those. Hand Clap deals no damage.
Knockout Blow (Only level 30+) Melee, Smash, Extreme Damage, Foe Hold
You can perform a Knockout Blow on your opponent. This punch does Superior damage, and has a great chance of Holding your target. Damage: Extreme, Recharge: Slow.
Foot Stomp (Only level 30+) Melee, Point Blank Area of Effect, Moderate Damage, Smash
Using your superior leg strength, you can Stomp your foot to the ground, quaking the earth itself. This is a localized attack against everything in melee range. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Slow.
Temp Invulnerability Toggle, Self +Resistances (Smash, Lethal)
When you activate this power, you become highly resistant to Smashing and Lethal damage for a short duration. Recharge: Very Long.
Unyielding Toggle, Self +Resistance (Disorient, Hold, Sleep, Slow, Knockback)

Hypnotizes a group of foes at a distance and puts them to Sleep. The targets will remain asleep for some time, but will awaken if attacked. This power deals no damage, but if done discretely, the targets won't even be aware of your presence.

You can improve your reflexes, making yourself so quick you can Elude almost any attack, be it ranged, melee, or area of effect. Your running speed and jumping height and Endurance Recovery are also increased. Elude also grants you high resistance to Defense Debuffs. When Elude wears off, you are left drained of all Endurance and unable to Recover Endurance for a while.
