Overview

The Federal Bureau for Super-powered Affairs (FBSA) is a government organization that oversees super-powered individual in the United States. It contains many subdivisions, including those that provide initial contacts to all new Heroes.

Organizations

The FBSA has an organization for each type of hero:

1. DATA - Department of Advanced Technology Application - Technology origin
2. ELITE - Enhanced Logistics for Insight and Tactical Excellence - Natural origin
3. GIFT - Genetic Investigation and Facilitation Team - Mutant origin
4. MAGI - Modern Arcane Guild of Investigation - Magic origin
5. SERAPH - Scientific Experimentation Research and Application to Paranormal Humans - Science origin

Each group has an office in the basements of the central buildings in Atlas Park. Offices also existed in Galaxy City before its destruction.
