Powers That Cause Fear
Cloak of Fear Toggle, PBAoE, Foe Fear, -To-Hit This power is available to Scrappers, Tankers, Brutes, and Stalkers through the Dark Armor power set. |
Fearsome Stare Ranged (Cone), Foe Fear, -To-Hit This power is available to Defenders, Corruptors, and Masterminds through the Dark Miasma power set, as well as to Necromancy Masterminds' Lich after their Dark Empowerment upgrade. |
Intimidate Ranged, Foe Fear This power is available to all archetypes through the Presence Power Pool. |
Invoke Panic PBAoE,Foe Fear This power is available to all archetypes through the Presence Power Pool. |
Scare Ranged, Foe Fear This power is available to Blasters through the Mental Manipulation secondary power set. |
Spectral Terror Summon Terror: Ranged, Fear This power is available to Controllers through the Illusion Control primary power set. |
