Description

How to Get
This temporary power was granted by defeating members of the Winter Horde during the Winter Event 2004 and when opening a few rare gifts spread around Paragon City and the Rogue Isles during the Winter Event 2005 and Winter Event 2006. Can also be bought in Pocket D from the Candy Keeper during the Winter Event for 5 Candy Canes & 10 Inf.
