Overview

MAGI is the Modern Arcane Guild of Investigation, an division of the Paragon City government that researches and investigates issues of a magical nature. It is one of five organizations that serves as the initial contact point for new heroes. There are two MAGI offices in Paragon City. The office in Atlas Park is led by Azuria, a very powerful sorceress. The office in Galaxy City is led by Gregor Richardson, an artist who also possesses mystic abilities.

MAGI is headed by an group that calls itself the High Council.
