A nature spirit joined with a young woman, Snow Maiden uses the icy power of winter to fight crime.

Ice Bolt quickly pelts an enemy with small icy daggers; their chill Slows a foe's attacks and movement for a time. Fast, but little damage..

Ice Blast hurls shards of ice at foes and Slows their attacks and movement for a time. Slower recharge than Ice Bolt, but more damage.
Frost Breath Close (Cone), Moderate Damage over Time (Cold), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
Unleashes a cone of frosty breath that can Slow your opponents' movement and attacks. Very accurate and very deadly at medium range.
Ice Storm Ranged (Area of Effect), Minor Damage over Time (Cold/Lethal), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
Shred your foes with this Ice Storm. This power deals a lot of damage in a large area and can Slow all affected targets movement and attack speed.
Fire Sword Melee, Lethal/Fire Damage, Damage over Time, Fire
The hero can summon a Sword of Fire that sets foes ablaze. Successful attacks from the fire sword will also do a slight damage over time.
Leonard (Lieutenant)

Leonard was once a bodyguard for Thomas Mane, the president of Mane Corporation. However, the corporation was taken down and Leonard found himself out in the Isles. After being rescued from the clutches of Protean, Leonard has decided to sell his abilities as a bodyguard to the highest bidder, or those whom he feels deserve his help.

This younger version of Professor Echo looks strangely familiar.

Hurls a blast of charged energy that violently explodes on impact, damaging all foes near the target.

A powerful thrust from the Professor that does smashing and energy damage and knocks you back.
Niles Worthington (Boss)

Whatever his reasons, Niles Worthington has betrayed the Vendetti family to the Council, their most hatred enemies. In return, the Vendettis have put quite a price on his head.

The explosion from this Fragmentation Grenade affects all within the blast and can knock them back.
12 Gauge (Ranged) Cone, Lethal, Foe Knockdown
Good at medium range. Longer range and more deadly than most shotguns. The 12 Gauge Shotgun fires a cone of buckshot pellets and can knock some foes down.

Trapdoor is an escapee from an Arachnos laboratory. Trapdoor possesses teleport capabilities and so is difficult to take down.

Ajax (Boss)
Main Article: Ajax
Ajax was originally the only known surviving member of the Omega Team. His guilt drove him into years of depression until the Omega Team Time Capsule was opened. It was revealed that the current Ajax was nothing but a thug who killed the original Ajax. Now, Ajax seeks to redeem himself by cleansing the Rogue Isles of all villains within it.

Incendiary Grenade Ranged (Targeted Area of Effect), Moderate Damage Over Time (Fire)
You are taking additional damage from the fire of the incendiary grenade.
Throwing Knives Ranged, Minor Damage Over Time (Lethal)
With your natural origin you have to rely on your cunning and skill. You've acquired these throwing knives as part of your personal arsenal. You can throw these knives at a very short range, and deal minor Lethal damage to your target, but a nasty wound will do additional Damage over Time. Damage: Minor (Damage over Time), Recharge: Fast
Punch Melee, Smash, Foe Disorient
A decent punch that has a small chance to Disorient foes.
Kick Melee, Moderate Damage, Smash, Foe Knockdown
A modest kicking attack that has a small chance to knock opponents down.
Professor Echo (Elite Boss)

Professor Echo has been a thorn in Doctor Aeon's side for some time. No one knows where he came from or what his purpose is, but only that he's determined to thwart Dr. Aeon at every turn.

This looks like a perfectly normal radio. Every now and then you can hear snatches of dialogue from a radio show called 'Radio Free Opportunity' break through the radio chatter.

You let forth a quick Shriek, damaging your target and weakening his Damage Resistance.
Scream Ranged, Moderate Damage over Time (Smash/Energy), Foe -Resistance
Your Scream can cause serious damage to a target, while weakening his resistance to further damage.
Howl Ranged, Cone, Medium Damage (Smash/Energy), Foe -Resistance
A short range, but powerful sonic attack.
Shockwave Ranged, Cone, Minor Damage (Smash/Energy), Foe Knockback
You can call forth a tremendous Shockwave that can knock down foes and deal some smashing damage in a wide cone area.
Siren's Song Ranged, Cone, Minor Damage (Energy), Foe Sleep
You send forth a subsonic pulse which causes your foes to fall unconscious and take some minor damage. Your foes will remain unconscious for a good while, but will awaken if disturbed.
Screech Ranged, Minor Damage (Smash/Energy), Foe -Disorient, Foe -Resistance
By bursting forth with this hypersonic Screech, you can disorient a target.
Dreadful Wail Point Blank Area of Effect, Extreme Damage (Energy/Smash), Foe Disorient, -Resistance; Self -Recovery
Your Dreadful Wail is so strong that most foes will be defeated by being subjected to it. Dreadful Wail deals massive damage to all nearby foes, although the damage does vary. Activating this power leaves you drained of Endurance, and unable to recover Endurance for a while.

Hypnotizes a group of foes at a distance and puts them to Sleep. The targets will remain asleep for some time, but will awaken if attacked. This power deals no damage, but if done discretely, the targets won't even be aware of your presence.

Tear at the mind of a group of foes around one targeted foe. Dominate renders its victims helpless, lost in their own mind and unable to defend themselves.

Painfully scrambles the synapses of a targeted foe, leaving him dramatically Disoriented for a short duration. Deals a little Psionic Damage.
Psychic Wail PBAoE, Extreme DMG(Psionic), Foe Disorient, -Recharge, Self -Recovery
Psychic Wail is a devastating Psionic attack that wracks the minds of all nearby foes. Those that survive will have a severely reduced attack rate and may be left Disoriented. This power leaves you drained of Endurance and unable to recover Endurance for a time.
