New Contact(s)

There's a Hmong businessman named Kong Bao who's a real leader in his community. You should talk to him. I'm sure you'd find him quite helpful, especially when it comes to the Tsoo and the Circle of Thorns. Mr. Kong has strong ties to Skyway City.

You will be helping a great man, Character.

Abnormal Psychiatrist

Dr. Trevor Seaborn is one of Paragon City's many doctors to specialize in abnormal psychiatry. With such a large population of criminals with severe pathologies, there is always work to be done. Dr. Seaborn focuses his research on trying to understand the criminal mind, and he often works with police to create profiles of wanted criminals. He also has a good working relationship with many of the city's heroes, offering them advice about how to better confront the insane villains who threaten Paragon City every day.

Speak to a Hero Corps Field Analyst

This might interest you, Character. Hero Corps has begun a new service to help heroes who are looking for more difficult challenges. You should talk to one of their Field Analysts and see if it interests you.

Mission Acceptance

Remember that this whole thing is completely optional. You can ignore it if you like, but you should know about it.

Unnecessary Solicitation

Remember that this whole Field Analyst thing is completely optional. You can ignore it if you like, but you should know about it.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Speak to Hero Corp Analyst

Thank you for seeing me, Character. Hero Corps is dedicated to helping all of the city's Heroes, and we're unveiling a new service to help you reach for the highest possible levels of achievement. If you want to face more difficult foes and challenges than a Hero of your level normally would, let us know, and we'll get the word around to all of your contacts. They'll make sure to give you the toughest assignments possible. If you later decide that you'd like to tone your challenges back down to normal or take them even higher, you can always speak to one of our Field Analysts such as myself, and we'll be happy to help you change things either way.

Thanks for visiting with us, Character. Remember that Hero Corps is here to help Heroes!

It's an interesting service, if you're looking for more difficult challenges. It's completely optional, though, so don't worry about it if it doesn't interest you.

Find out more about the Hellions' connection to the Outcasts by finding a Hellion who will talk

I have grave concerns with what the Hellions are up to. They seem to be consorting with the Outcasts on a more regular basis. Perhaps you should go 'talk' to some of the weaker Hellions and see if they can give anything up on their connections to the Outcasts.

Mission Accepted

If I were you I'd start in Galaxy City or Perez Park. Most likely they won't roll over on the Outcasts easily.

Unnecessary Solicitation

Someone will talk eventually, go defeat some more Hellions

Mission Objective(s)

  • Find link between Hellions and Outcasts
    • Defeat 10 Hellions

The last Hellion you defeated told you everything he knew about the connection.

Hellion Interrogation
The defeated Hellion told you that the Outcasts were interested in buying whatever artifacts the Hellions could come up with, and would give some of the more powerful Hellions relics they could use to manifest powers. This Hellion thought that there was a gang even higher up the chain from the Outcasts who were really pulling the strings though.

Good job, Character. I'd be interested in finding out who the Outcasts are reporting to as well, but that will have to wait for another day I think.

Clear the Hellions out of Black Ice

There is a popular new metaclub called Black Ice in a warehouse in Kings Row. Lately, the Hellions have caused a number of brawls there. I need you to clear the Hellions out of Black Ice.

Mission Accepted

I need you to kick the Hellions out, one way or another.

Unnecessary Solicitation

You need to get the Hellions out of Black Ice.

Mission Objective(s)

The club's music is drowned out by the sounds of fighting.

  • Remove all Hellions from club

You defeated the Skulls and the Hellionsl.

  • The name of the club varies. Possible names include Black Ice, The Alternative, The Crash Site, The Danger Zone and The Portal.

The metaclubbers of Paragon City will be very grateful.

Defeat Circle of Thorns to get one of their ancient weapons

I have some friends who collect ancient weapons. When they found out that I worked with Character they were quite impressed. They follow your exploits on the night news. They asked me to ask you a favor. They have seen the Circle of Thorns wield some very interesting weapons, and were wondering if you could procure one for their collection?

Mission Acceptance

Rooftops in Kings Row, or inside the woods in Perez Park are your most likely places to find Circle of Thorns activity.

Unnecessary Solicitation

I told them you were working on getting a Circle weapon for them, and they were very happy. You can't let them down.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Recover a Circle weapon
    • Defeat 10 Circle of Thorns

Icon clue generic.png
Weapon Information
After defeating ten Circle of Thorns members, it becomes obvious that they have recovery magicks on their weapons. They teleport away upon their owner's defeat.

Badge villain cot.png Circle of Thorns

That's too bad about those weapons, but it does seem odd that they would have magics on them to recover them. Perhaps they are in very limited supply?
