The Phoenix will strike a total of three times, with two seconds between strikes.  Each strike deals heavy damage, a magnitude 4 stun, and knocks back.  If enemies stay within the 25' radius of the Phoenix's attack for all three strikes, nuke-level damage and a very high magnitude of stun will be dealt.  Knockback immunity powers, such as many holds and immobilizes, inherent knockback resistance, as with arch-villains and certain heavy enemies, and geometry, including walls and corners, can all become tactically important when this power is used.
