Overview
The Oracle is a raid item that grants your super group the ability to access to certain super group missions: the Silver Mantis Strike Force (City of Villains only) and formerly the Cathedral of Pain Trial.
Description
The Oracle has the power to grant group missions and trials, including those of the Items of Power.
