How to Get
This temporary power is a reward choice when completing the Rescue Baby New Year from Snaptooth! mission from Father Time during the Winter Event 2006. Can also be bought at Pocket D from the Candy Keeper during the Winter Event for 20 Candy Canes & 5000 Inf. with/without the Joyful Badge.
