+ | I think this identifier is being used incorrectly on a lot of new arcs. According to the key it only designates those unique missions that are pulled from a contact for the specific purpose of making it easier to get a given badge. As such, they aren't normal arcs and have altered rewards (as noted in the key). Newer arcs with the [B] do award badges but '''are''' normal arcs, and do give normal rewards, AFAIK. We need to be careful with that note and only use it where appropriate. I would alter the page myself, but don't know if it is better to change the note or the usage... {{User:Thirty7/Sig}} 21:30, 23 August 2012 (UTC) | ||

+ | : Well, the original goal was to denote the missions that did not award badges for challenges, even if you had the challenges enabled. Even though it was labeling them [B] for badges, it wasn't drawing attention to them because they awarded badges. So I would say that [B] should be repurposed for "This awards a badge" and something else (perhaps [NC] for "no challenge badge"?) should be used to mark the ones that do not award badges for challenges. There is certainly value in having each noted in the tables. -- [[User:Sekoia|Sekoia]] 01:20, 25 August 2012 (UTC) |

Noticed an alternate contact for Tsoo Shenanigans while trying to unlock Kong.
"The Midnight Squad" awards 3 merits. --Sleepykitty 04:10, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
The Heros Hero arc also has many preatorians which are minimum level 48. The ones you face through Tina are obviously not udner this restrcition (IIRC they are minimum 42).Catwhoorg 14:01, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
There might be some changes once the official patch notes are posted, but I'm editing the merit rewards based on this thread Bort13 16:39, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

Mercedes Sheldon arc
I copied the Mercedes Sheldon arc to the 20-24 section, with notes about flashback/non flashback. There was a discussion in a chat channel I was on and some people were annoyed about not being able to get the arc at level, because they were using this page to pick the arcs they were running. -- StarGeekTalk page 23:40, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
Idea
Wouldn't it be wise to put the text from the summary box on the individual TF pages?
Differentiation with other arc lists
The list on this page is to be in the order shown by the flashback system, and includes Archvillain names. Only list the contact given out by flashback system.
Another list (probably Hero Story Arcs) will have the souvenir name and a list of the primary enemies. It will be ordered according to the levels needed to receive the arc from a contact, and show all the contacts you can get the arc from. It'll be used by people hunting certain enemies, people deciding which contacts to select and how to get arcs before getting too high a level. It does not need number of merits (it would just get outdated).
Forum Discussion [1] Larryw24 10:48, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
I think we should consolidate this page and Hero Story Arcs, as I suspect that people decide which arcs to run as much as by the amount of merits they reward as by enemies. --K26dp 19:00, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
Sort by Merit Amount
Deertayorkay made an edit that was visually terrible (adding zeroes to the front of merit award amounts in order to sort them properly), but a generally good idea. I have implemented it in another way, which is far more pleasing to the eye (currently by HTML). I actually like the idea very much.
When I've got time, I'll update the {{FlashbackMerits}} template to add the hidden data that allows proper sorting. Probably by a second variable in the template, e.g. {{FlashbackMerits|122|122}}, {{FlashbackMerits|60|060}}, {{FlashbackMerits|9|009}}. And then I'll update all uses of {{FlashbackMerits}} to use the new format. I've got to run ~ AGGE talk/cons 22:58, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

Citadel Task Force
Was there a reason why the number of door missions was removed? Could that have been some sort of editing problem? I believe it has nine door missions, but didn't know if someone was doing some more editing before fixing the problem myself. Fiery Transfer 00:55, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
