Welcome!

Hello, OfficeManager, and welcome to the Paragon Wiki! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Feel free to fill out your personal user page so we can get to know you. There is a collection of Userboxes you can easily add there. Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date.

Don't forget to drop by and introduce yourself in the forum. If you need help, ask me on my talk page or ask on the forums and someone will try to to answer your questions shortly.

Also, make sure you take a look at the Help page. There are a lot of preloaded images, missions, and contact info templates, and what you want to add might already be there.

Requested Review

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this. Busy weekend.  :)

The Only Good Day Was Yesterday - Part Three:

  • I only made a couple of minor tweaks
    • I separated the two secondary objectives by inserting a new line and two asterisks.
    • Though not necessary, I like to alphabetize enemy lists in missions - if that had been the only thing that I was going to change, I would have just left it.
    • I moved the category for the page up to the previous line. The additional newline would be picked up when the page is transcluded on the contact page and that creates additional and unnecessary whitespace on the page.

The Only Good Day Was Yesterday - Finale:

  • I made a few more modifications on this page, mainly in the briefings with Candlestick and Katie Douglas
    • Instead of several briefings back to back, I combined the entirety of the briefing into one block. In general, try to group interactions by the number of visits required with a contact. If you only have to visit them once for the entire conversation, use one block. If you have to visit them, run off, and come back, use a second block to separate the second interaction from the first. Case in point: you interact with Candlestick once, so he has one block, whereas Katie has two because you talk to her twice.
    • Branching dialogue is tricky. The method we usually use to show the progression through the branches is to indent the contact's response each time you select a new dialogue branch. Obviously, the big drawback is that this method can be a bit cumbersome if the conversation leads to the same text and responses that have already been documented in a different branch, but that's the best we could come up with at the time we were trying to figure out how to ensure we captured everything. And, less obvious, but more painful, if a contact has looping options (e.g. Prometheus), documenting the conversation can become an outright nightmare.  :)
    • Separated each of the secondary objectives
    • I added the {{Missing}} template to the Completion text just as a reminder that the completion text for the mission wasn't captured and needs to be added later.
    • I moved the category for the page up to the previous line.

File:Contact Small Candlestick.jpg:

  • Looks good to me. That certainly appears to be Candlestick and the image dimensions and categorization appear to be correct. I did note in the changelog that it appears you uploaded the 128x128 image twice to try fixing the categorization. If that's the case, for future reference, if you just click the "Edit" tab, you can fix the category without having to upload the image again (which it appears you did in your final edit to the image.)

The Only Good Day Was Yesterday:

  • I don't see anything that needs to be fixed.
