Rewards Changes

There might be some changes once the official patch notes are posted, but I'm editing the merit rewards based on this thread Bort13 16:58, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

I think it might be on the live server, but I haven't tested. I thought it was part of today's update Bort13 21:42, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
