Ron believes that science should be used for the good of all.

Mansfield has a strange sense of humor sometimes.
You ever been to one of Samuel Pierce's parties? He's an event promoter, and he knows how to put on a good time. He also has a nose for trouble. You should meet him, see if he'll give you a tip on the Vahzilok. Mr. Pierce is promoting a new movie over in Kings Row.
Samuel is somewhat cavalier, but he wants the city cleaned up very badly.
There's an EMT named Paco Sanchez who'd like to meet you. He's not only great at his job, but he also works well with heroes, tipping them off whenever he sees something interesting going on with the Hellions and the Circle of Thorns. Paco can be found in Galaxy City.
Paco primarily cares about saving lives.
You should introduce yourself to Genevieve Sanders. She's a pharmacist with a heart of gold who does a lot of community work, and she loves to help heroes against the Hellions and the Circle of Thorns. Genevieve is near the hospital in Kings Row.
She is one of the nicest people I know.
There's a young reporter named Linda Summers who you might enjoy chatting with. She's always pursuing some crime related story, especially stories dealing with the Skulls. Linda's latest scoop has her in Kings Row.
Linda responds well to directness and fair treatment.
Detective Torres is tough and efficient; you might learn a thing or two from her.
Have you heard of Hero Corps? They're a business that matches heroes up with jobs. There's a liaison named Henry Peter Wong there who's taking on new clients. You should chat with him about the Vahzilok menace. Hero Corps has Mr. Wong in Atlas Park.
Wong is pretty gung ho about Hero Corps; there's no denying that he will keep you busy.
There's a gun dealer named Carla Brunelli who would like to meet you. She's a very responsible, proactive woman who's helped a number of heroes in her time. She is deeply troubled by the Clockwork. Their presence in Skyway City means that she can usually be found there.
Carla is tough but fair.
There's a talented young lawyer named Athena Currie who you should talk to. She's a big community activist and has had some serious run-ins with the Clockwork. Miss Currie practices law in Steel Canyon.
Athena can really use the help of a hero like you.
I know a lawyer, Everett Daniels, who's a pretty good guy. He goes after the big corporations and even the government sometimes, but he's usually on the right side of things. He's always got a lead on the Clockwork. Mr. Daniels' practice is in Skyway City.
Everett will get you into the thick of things.
Mechanic and Inventor
Paula Dempsey moved to Paragon City as a child, when her parents were killed by an invading space armada in the late 60's. She grew up with her grandfather, a famous mechanic who did a lot more than just fix cars. Paula's grandfather maintained the fabulous weapons and equipment used by a hero named Gauge Steele, and Paula grew up hearing stories of their adventures. With a role model like that, there was never any question as to where her career path lay. Today, she not only fixes things, she invents them. She's got a wealth of contacts and has been an excellent resource for new heroes for over a decade.
Prior to Introduction
Can't you see I'm busy here? Active Contact might be able to make time for you.
You look like a likely candidate. Let's see if you measure up.
- Let's keep the legacy alive.
- There's adventure ahead, if you're up for it.
You can't become one of the great ones by taking on more work than you can handle.
Too Low Level
I'd like to give you a job, but we'll have to wait until you reach Security Level 5 / 9.

I'm afraid I don't have any more leads for you. You should speak to one of your other contacts.

Missions (Level 5+)
Talk to Lt. David Wincott
Have you heard about the Hollows, ? Ever since the Trolls moved into Eastgate, the Paragon PD has been fighting a losing battle against them. If you're willing, I'd like you to go talk to Lt. David Wincott of the Trolls Task Force. He could really use your help in reclaiming the Hollows. Of course, we can really use your help here, too. Wherever you'd like to lend a hand, you'll be welcome.
The Trolls are the worse problem in the Hollows, but they aren't the only one. I'll let Lt. Wincott fill you in.
Here's a briefing I wrote up for you. It'll help you understand what Wincott's up against out there.
Eastgate used to be a nice residential neighborhood with a view of the ocean. Before Trolls moved in, that is. On a quest for more territory, a group of Trolls headed into the sewers under Eastgate with the intent of blasting open a large area. What they didn't know that that there was already an extensive cave warren beneath the area. Their blasts destabilized the ground and collapsed a large section of the zone. When the dust settled, the surviving Trolls realized that they had found an excellent area for expansion. This event became known as the Hollowing. Since the Hollowing, other groups have moved into the area, including the Outcasts, the Circle of Thorns, and the strange rock-like creatures known as Pumicites. The Paragon City Police Department has its hands full trying to expel these threats so that reconstruction on the Hollows can begin.
You might want to bring some friends, The Hollows is no place to be by yourself.
Wincott's a good man who's had a hard time recently. Do right by him,.

Discourage the Clockwork scavenging in Kings Row
This Clockwork scavenging is becoming a real problem in Kings Row. Those little metal menaces are taking street lamps, sewer grates, and everything else they can get their mitts on. I need you to discourage the Clockwork scavenging in Kings Row. Otherwise, that whole zone is going to turn into a death trap!
Royal Refinery and Freedom Plaza are particularly overrun, but I'm sure any neighborhood in the zone would welcome your assistance.
Those Clockwork aren't going to stop tearing up Kings Row of their own accord.
- Combat Clockwork in Kings Row
- Defeat 10 Clockwork
You have discouraged the Clockwork from scavenging in Kings Row.
Kings Row is a lot safer now, thanks to you.
Go to Castenada Export locate any clues you can and shut down the Clockwork plot
We've got reports of some Clockwork down at the old abandoned Castenada Export warehouse complex. Sources say they're using it as a staging area for a massive attack against the city. , we've never heard of the Clockwork trying anything this bold! It's absolutely imperative that you go to Castenada Export and shut down the Clockwork plot!
I hear there's a large robot inside called Clanger. Watch out for it while you are hunting for information..
We still don't know what the Clockwork are planning at the Castenada Export warehouse!
This warehouse once belonged to a highly successful company, but there is no evidence of its former glory.
and its guards
- Find evidence of plot
You defeated the Clockwork and found the diary of the Clockwork King.
You have picked up a diary.
Diary of the Clockwork King
|This diary is filled with the frenzied ramblings of the Clockwork King. In one section he writes:
'the vigilante who destroyed my body and left me to this metal shell. I must eliminate this new threat.'reminds me so much of
- The name of the warehouse can vary. Possibilities include APS Warehousing, Castenada Export, and Jovian Storage.
- The name of the boss can vary. Possibilities include Cables, Clanger, Clockwise, Mecha, and Piston.
So, the Clockwork were planning nothing more than your demise! I'm sorry I sent you into a trap,, but this diary may well be worth the risk. It should give us valuable new insights into the Clockwork King's madness. I must admit I always wondered why he had transplanted his brain into a Clockwork robot. Now I know. It's no wonder that he hates heroes so much, if it was one of them who consigned him to that fate. It's a sad thing, really. With his brilliant engineering skills, the Clockwork King could have been a hero in his own right.
See Perez Park Security Chief
Talk to Security Chief
Perez Park is a dangerous place these days. Clearly the Chief thinks you can handle it, but take a couple of friends with you, just in case.
Don't let the Perez Park Security Chief down,.
- Talk to Security Chief
Take this briefing seriously. I need you to deal with some of the Circle of Thorns mystics that have been plaguing the area. Try looking for them in Bettis Hills.
Perez Park briefing
Perez Park used to be a beautiful place to take your family for an afternoon picnic. Now, no one in his right mind wanders in there. Most of the area has been abandoned, largely due to the rumors of unholy Circle of Thorns rites taking place deep within the forest. The park is entirely overgrown, a perfect place for those strange mystics to summon up a demon or two. This zone is so deadly that even heroes shouldn't go in there in groups of fewer than three.
Keep the peace in Perez Park
Deal with the Circle in Perez Park!

- Defeat 10 Circle of Thorns

Don't let the Security Chief down,.
- Talk to Security Chief in Steel Canyon
Here is some info on the area. I need you to get out on the streets and contain the Outcasts. They can usually be found in Blyde Square or the Copper District.
Steel Canyon briefing
Steel Canyon is the financial district of Paragon City. Many national banks, insurance companies, and investment firms have their headquarters in this zone. In fact, so much money flows through Steel Canyon, Paragon City ranks among America's richest cities. Success has spurred the construction of so many skyscrapers that the place looks like a canyon made of concrete, glass and metal. The zone isn't without its dangers, though. The Outcasts have claimed the area as their own, and they've recruited a lot of kids with mutant powers related to the elements. That's what the Outcasts love best—beating down their enemies with the power of the elements.
Keep peace in Steel Canyon
Deal with the Outcasts for Security!
