Outside Link Help

Template:Helpme I was wondering if someone could with the outside link in my 'grammar Nazi' userbox. I'm trying to get the outside link to show without the little image next to it, indicating that it's an outside link. I'd like it to look like the time zone userboxes, that redirect to Wikipedia's page on that subject, but showing just text with a link color that's slightly different than that of an inside link. How can I do this?
