How to Get is incorrect

According to GMs at NCSoft, it takes more than completion to achieve the badge. The badge is on the upper tier of rewards which is awarded for "materially participating" in the completion of the event. --Stevenforrest 17:07, 16 July 2012 (UTC)Steven Forrest
