The only info available about issue 13 is that it will more than likely be a big issue, according to the developers, after the smaller Issue 12.

  • `Solution for Villains and their "Empathy" problem. The word "Empathy" is Far,far away from that set.
    • Per Positron and Castle on the Split Infinity Radio Interview, Part 1 (around 15 minute mark)[8]
