Overview
Arctic Sun is the forum name of Jesse Scoble, the Web Content Developer for NCsoft.
Arctic Sun appeared in-game as a level 20 Mutation Blaster during the Second Anniversary Event.

Currently Artic Sun is Community Rep for the Exteel forums, while still occationally doing special event write up for the City of franchise.
