Valkyrie is a hero trainer in Steel Canyon in the Blyde Square section located at the base of the large statue in the middle of the square. Her coordinates are (-3125, -84, 508). Her location is marked on the map as a contact.

Villains may find her:

• on the Defeat Valkyrie within 90 minutes mission from Ambassador Kuhr'Rekt as a Hero and an Enemy (Levels 40-44)
• on the Take out the Vindicators mission from Abyss as a Hero and an Enemy (Levels 45-50)
• on the Assault Vindicators Base mission during the Lord Recluse Strike Force as a Hero and an Enemy (Levels 45-50)

Background

History

Valerie Kellum was an up-and-coming archeologist exploring Scandinavia when she discovered what she first took for an ancient spear. A more careful examination led to the realization that the spear had a technological component. She traveled around Europe looking for ideas about its origin and ended up in a local Crey facility. When a Crey security team tried to take the weapon from her it activated and injected Valerie with advanced nanites that transformed her into Valkyrie, an extraordinary warrior with a completely different personality. She broke free and traveled to Paragon City where Positron is helping her come to terms with her new identity.

• Recently, it was revealed Valkyrie's spear is from War Earth, the same world Battle Maiden hails from.[1] It is not known how the weapon arrived to Primal Earth, or if any more such weapons exist.
