Chilly is one sharp bartender who's good at his job. He tends to hang out on the hero side of things, though, they tip better.
Initial Contact
Hey. I'm Chilly, the premiere bartender here at Pocket D. You want something sweet? You see me.

Chilly will only sell to heros and does not buy enhancements. His inventory consists only of Dimension Drops.
