Current power data from I20 live shows that this has a 100% chance to proc a mag 1 stun (8 seconds vs enemy critters, 5.336 seconds vs enemy players). I believe the 2% number was accurate at some point (see [1] for example) so it isn't a wiki typo. Can anyone confirm whether it's been changed to 20%? -- Sekoia 05:02, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
