Rock Ranged, Smash
Prisoners can pick up small rocks and throw them at their foes. Not much damage.
Pipe Melee, Smash, Moderate Damage
Pick up a stick or a pipe and clobber your foes.

These thugs have gotten their hands on a mysterious drug that drives them mad. The source of this drug remains a mystery, but without help these Contaminated brutes will tear the city apart.

Revolver Ranged, Lethal, Moderate Damage
Small caliber side arm. Not very accurate.

Notes
