Overview
The Ziggurat is the prison used to keep super powered villains locked away. It is located in Brickstown. In the villain tutorial, players escape the Ziggurat with the help of Arachnos in the tutorial zone, Breakout. After escaping the Zig, villains are flown to Mercy Island in the Rogue Isles.
