Pocket D Bartender
Chilly is one sharp bartender who's good at his job. He tends to hang out on the hero side of things, though, they tip better.
Store
Chilly will only sell to heros and does not buy enhancements. His inventory consists only of Dimension Drops.

- Drop of Resistance, 1,000 infamy.
- Drop of Vitality, 1,000 infamy.
