Overview
Demon Summoning is a primary powerset for Masterminds that will be included[1] with Issue 17.
In a forum post, Back Alley Brawler mentioned a "customizable Hellfire Whip" in a reference to the set. At HeroCon, concept art seemed to support this comment.
In an MMORPG interview, it was announced that pre-ordering Going Rogue allows early access to Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning.

Your personal weapon is a Fire Whip.
Your pets' tails will sway.
The pets all have the same general look: Red, demonic, with skeleton masks/heads.
