Overview

On October 2nd, 2007, NCsoft launched a feature to allow players' characters to move from one Live server (i.e., Justice, called the "source" server) to another Live server (i.e., Pinnacle, called the "target" server).

From December 15, 2009, until January 31, 2010, as a holiday "thank you" from Paragon Studios and NCsoft, each player receives six free server transfer tokens per week (for a total of 30 tokens) to use in any way they see fit. Each transfer token is replaced seven days after it is used, so tokens used in the last week will not be replenished. During this time the normal "Paid For" transfers are unavailable.

Details

• NCsoft charges $9.99 USD, £5.99 GBP or €8.99 per character move for this service.
• If your character's name is already taken on the target server, you will receive a free rename token.
  • The free rename token is ONLY for the transferred character. You cannot use it on another character.
• The following data is transferred:
  • Influence/Infamy
  • Recipes, Salvage, Inspirations, and Enhancements stored on the character
  • Recipes, Salvage, Inspirations, and Enhancements stored on the Consignment House
  • Salvage stored at a Vault Reserve (or in your Supergroup's Personal Storage Vault)
  • Badges earned
  • Story Arc souvenirs earned
  • "Yellow Titles", special titles granted by NCsoft and/or Paragon Studios
• The following data is not transferred:
  • Leveling Pacts are broken.
  • Supergroup status
  • Supergroup prestige earned (remains with the source server's supergroup)
  • Server friends list
• This does not allow transfers from Training Room (Test) to Live
• Transfers are not available between North American and European servers.
