Description
You foiled a plot to undermine the War Walls that protect Paragon City.
How to Get
Earn War Wall Defender accomplishment badge by completing the Rescue the engineers and prevent the Rikti from bringing down the force fields mission from Phillipa Meraux.
In Ouroboros, as a Flashback mission, you must complete "Defend The War Walls" which is in the Defender of the Truth (Level 30-34) section.
Note
The War Wall Defender badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Saboteur.
