Alpha can refer to:
- Alpha Team, one of two teams formed during the first Rikti War which consisted of over a thousand superheroes (and supervillains)
- Alpha Strike, a term used to describe the initial strike from enemies or from player characters
- Issue 19: Alpha Strike, the tagline for Issue 19
- Alpha Incarnate Slot, the first 'level' of the Incarnate System
