Overview
Cosmetic Surgeons are Icon or Facemaker employees that, provided a player has applied the Science Super Booster to their account, allow a player to do all the normal costume changes of a tailor plus the ability to change the gender, body type, and overall height. Players who do not have the Superscience perk can only change their gender, body type, or height at character creation, not after.
With the release of City of Heroes Freedom, access to the Super Tailor can be purchased in the Paragon Market.
