Overview
Synapse, whose real name is Phil Zeleski, is one of the "new hires" to NCsoft's NorCal Studios from 2008. He works with Floyd "Castle" Grubb on powers and Matt "Positron" Miller on designing all sorts of rewards in the game. He joined the redname ranks on the Official Forums on November 20, 2008.
