Overview
The Whispered Hand are an up and coming group of assassins now led by Silent Blade. They are known to use the Tsoo as foot soldiers. Whether there is a connection between the two is unknown. Many of their members are also former Knives of Artemis.
During a villain Morality Mission, you are contacted by a woman named Swift Cut who is attempting to leave the group. During the mission, it is revealed that Swift Cut is the younger sister of Silent Blade.
