This is an enhancement in the Performance Shifter set for Endurance Modification powers, available in the 21-50 level range. It is available as an Invention Origin Enhancement and as an Attuned Enhancement.
Effects
As a crafted enhancement, this gives a 20% chance of granting the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.
As an attuned enhancement, this gives a 1.5PPM chance of granting the the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.
Crafted Enhancement
As a crafted enhancement, it can be created by crafting Performance Shifter: Chance for +Endurance (Recipe). It may also be purchased or sold on the Auction House for inf. It can be emailed or traded to other players. During Power Respecification, it may be sold for ??full crafting value?? inf. It cannot be purchased or sold by any other means.
Attuned Enhancement
As an attuned enhancement, it can be purchased on the Paragon Market using Paragon Points. It can be emailed to other characters on a player's own account. It cannot be purchased by any other means. There are no means by which it can be sold.
