Targeted Area of Effect

A Targeted Area of Effect power is one that affects all enemies within a certain radius of the currently selected target, including the target itself. This is in contrast with Point Blank Area of Effect, which is centered on the caster of the power itself.
Common examples of a Targeted AoE include both toggle and click powers that hit all enemies within a certain range of the targeted foe.
