Added all events to my knowledge. Thanks to whoever added Halloween Event 2006 and Statesman's Strike for me - I was going to get around to those today and you saved me some work. Cleaned up some sections and added a decent amount of backstory per Snorii's suggestion. Since Category:Special Events contains a more complete listing of the special events, I'm making this a redirect to there -- that way the listing always stays up to date.
