Not sure if I should tack

- The revised version on the Beta and Test servers is a proc for bonus fury instead of a global effect now. So
is probably the way to go, unless it gets changed again. --Codewalker

Change to an Enhancement
I just read in the Mids thread that the Acc/End/Rech has been changed to a Dmg/End/Rech. Can someone confirm and change accordingly? —Thirty7 13:58, 19 March 2012 (UTC)
