Dr. Sebastian Rossi
Overview
Dr. Sebastian Rossi is a scientist who may have discovered a way to restore drained powers. Unfortunately for him, this has attracted the attention of both Dr. Aeon and Darla Mavis. He can be found during the mission Get Dr. Rossi from Darla Mavis, and he must be kidnapped and taken to his machine.
Dr. Sebastian Rossi has almost the same hit points as a Lieutenant of the same level and no attacks at all.
Once you have captured him, three waves of Arachnos troops will try to recapture him.

Dialogue
Before combat:
Dr. Sebastian Rossi: "No more, I beg you!"
Arachnos soldier: "Shut up, Doc. You want your food, you'll get back to work."
Combat start:
Arachnos soldier: "Great. It's Character."
Wolf Spider Huntsman: "Open fire!"
Upon capture: "You take me to my creation? Ok? You'll see!"
If recaptured by Arachnos: "Heeeelllllpppp!"
If lost: "I can't keep up!"
If refound: "You came back!"
Upon arrival at Mutate-O-Tron: "Now you'll see my genius!"
Ambush:
Arachnos soldier: Don't let Rossi escape!
Background Information
Despite his appearance, Dr. Sebastian Rossi has known links to the Lost. Unfortunately for him, the Lost had started conveting Dr. Rossi to their ways using Shift, and coupled with treatment from Dr. Aeon, Dr. Rossi's sanity seems to have been permanently broken.
