When you activate Enervating Field, target an opposing super (as if with a ranged attack, chasing as necessary). This is not an attack and does not require an accuracy check. While Enervating Field is on, the target and all opposing supers using the same combat tactic inflict -1 damage (of each damage type) with attacks and suffer +1 damage (of each damage type) when hit by attacks. |
