You have claimed victory over the master of villainy himself, Lord Recluse!
How to Earn
Awarded upon completion of the second Patron story arc. The arc ends with a battle against Lord Recluse, which explains the description, but the badge itself is not awarded until the character reports in after the fight. So only the arc owner can get the badge.
