New blog

Prefacing Issue 21's patch notes is an address from Matt "Positron" Miller[5], which he signs as:
- "Matt “Positron” Miller
- Lead Designer
- City of Heroes"
I haven't heard anything about the Lead Designer position being passed back to him, but it's entirely possible I could have missed something like that. Does anyone have a confirmation of whether Posi is once again the Lead Designer (and if so, what position is Melissa "War Witch" Bianco currently occupying?)
