It seems to be just this arc, but having said that, I did get three for defeating Ci'Dion last night. So probably just bad rolls. Thanks. Bug: incompatibility with Vanguard Merit rewards?
Does anyone know if there's a known bug in this arc that prevents the awarding of Vanguard Merits? Dark Horizon became a Member of Vanguard before starting the arc (call me backwards!), and hasn't received any Vanguard Merits despite the sizeable number of Rikti she's defeated.
