Finale: Skeleton in the Closet
Briefing
We got ourselves a big lead, Character.
Bad news is, all the guys I sent out to find the main source of this stuff are dead.
Good news is one of them gave me a report of where they found the main stash. They didn't give me any numbers or whatever about what they were facing, which is why it's gonna have to be you that goes down there first to secure the situation.
I know you're not someone who minds jumping in and getting their hands dirty, so this last bit should be a piece of cake for you, yeah?
This arc is a SINGLE PLAYER MORAL CHOICE story arc. You will not be able to have other people on your team assist you with this story arc.

Great! Once you get down to the place, we'll follow in. I get a feeling there's gonna be a LOT of Fixadine down there... we're gonna have to set ourselves up some sorta system to move everything over here. But first, we'll focus on actually getting to the Fixadine.

Character, standin' around my stash of Fixadine, with a buncha Resistance and PPD knocked outta your way.
I gotta say, I'm impressed. But I gotta wonder, what do you plan on doin' now that I'm here?
- I plan on making a deal with you.
A deal huh?
Praetor White barks out a laugh.
You really got a lotta guts, Character, I'll give you that.
Alright then, what's your deal?
- It seems to me that you want this place protected, right?
That's what I was goin' for, 'till you came stompin' around here.
- Right. So it seems like you need someone -better- to be in charge of this.
What? Like you? You want a piece of this pie?
- Not too much. What I want is power, White. I think we can work out a deal.
Power huh? And what's stopping me from just punching your face off here and now?
- Because you need someone like me around to make your men better.
Hrmph.
As much as I wanna grab your face and stomp it in the ground, you got a point. I wish all those pansies in the PPD were like you, Character.
You got the guts to look me in the eye and tell me what you want, you got the power to go take what you want.
It's why I have this whole operation here in the first place - those Destroyers forced the PPD to try to be better. Or, if they weren't, I got myself some new soldiers in the form of the Destroyers. Either way, it's a win-win.
But now... looks like you come walkin' along and change that. Havin' someone like you around is gonna change things. Maybe those pansies in the PPD will finally start getting tougher, and maybe my Powers Division will start to actually throw their weight around.
- So, do we have a deal? I keep this secret, you give me a high position in the Loyalists.
We got ourselves a deal, Character.
I could use someone like you around. Maybe you ain't out to help us, but it'll make my boys in the Powers Division stronger. And if you take 'em out, well, then it just means that I'll get myself some new competition one day.
I'll give the word to folks within the Loyalists that you proved yourself to me. You want something from us, you got it.
